Vi har gleden av å introdusere et nytt prosjekt i samarbeid med NAV i Hamar, Stange og Løten – PARK Intro! Dette prosjektet skaper en unik mulighet for enklere introduksjon til næringslivet og tilgang til verdifulle nettverksmuligheter.
Prosjektet startet den 7. mars med åtte motiverte personer med god IT-kompetanse innen databehandling, front- og backend-utvikling, 2- og 3D-kunst, grafisk og webdesign osv. Disse personene kommer fra ulike land, som Ukraina, Etiopia og Colombia.
Formålet med prosjektet er å koble personer med IT-bakgrunn som har flyttet til Norge fra andre land mot relevante bedrifter. Dette tilbudet er ment som et lavterskeltilbud for å bidra til at flere kan komme raskere i arbeid og skape samarbeidsmuligheter.
Det er viktig å bidra til å få flere fra andre land som har kommet til Norge raskere i jobb, da det kan bidra til økt integrering og inkludering i samfunnet. Å skape samarbeidsmuligheter mellom personer med ulik kulturell bakgrunn og kompetanse kan også føre til innovasjon og økt verdiskapning i næringslivet. Dette kan bidra til å redusere barrierer som språk og manglende nettverk, og gi personer med relevant kompetanse en sjanse til å få benyttet sine ferdigheter og kvalifikasjoner i det norske arbeidsmarkedet. Vi oppfordrer derfor alle til å bidra til økt integrering og inkludering i samfunnet på deres egne måter.

PARK Intro – your way into the Norwegian business community/job market
We are excited to introduce a new project in collaboration with NAV in Hamar, Stange, and Løten – PARK Intro! The purpose of the project is to connect people with IT backgrounds who have moved to Norway from other countries with relevant companies. This offer is meant as a low-threshold offer to help more people get into work quickly and create opportunities for collaboration.
The project started on March 7th with eight motivated persons with IT skills in data processing, front and backend development, 2- and 3D art, graphic and web design, etc. These persons come from various countries, such as Ukraine, Ethiopia, and Colombia.
PARK Intro offers three months of free access to coworking space in the PARK building. This offer provides a unique opportunity for easier introduction to the business community and access to valuable networking opportunities. Through coaching, various activities, and events, PARK will help create a stimulating and supportive environment for newcomers who want to explore opportunities in technology and IT. We believe in collaboration and networking, and this offer is a great way to get a foot in the door of the Norwegian job market.
It is important to help more people from other countries who have come to Norway get into work quickly, as this can contribute to increased integration and inclusion in society. Creating opportunities for collaboration between people with different cultural backgrounds and skills can also lead to innovation and increased value creation in the business sector.
